King County Zone 1 Technical Rescue was formed by the creation of an Inter Local Agreement (ILA) between several East King County Fire Departments in 1998. 

Since it's creation, over 1500 students have taken our initial instruction classes. These students have come from here in King County as well as all over Washington, Idaho, Montana, Alaska and Oregon.
